2. What Narrattr does

Narrattr is a brand intelligence and content preview service. You submit a publicly accessible website URL and the Service uses AI to analyse the brand and generate sample content ideas. The output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require editing before use.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Service to:

• Generate previews for websites you own or have authority to analyse
• Save and build upon the generated brand analysis for your own content work
• Share preview results for professional review or collaboration

You may not use the Service to:

• Analyse websites without authorisation from the site owner
• Scrape, extract, or systematically harvest data from Narrattr
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the underlying pipeline or models
• Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose

4. AI-generated content

All brand analysis and content previews are generated by AI language models. Narrattr does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated output. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publishing or acting on it. AI output may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or content that does not reflect your brand accurately.

5. Intellectual property

The content generated from your website URL is produced for your use. You retain ownership of your underlying brand and any content you publish. Narrattr retains rights to the Service itself, including its pipeline, design, and codebase. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

6. Accounts and verification

Saving a workspace requires email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Narrattr is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service availability

Narrattr is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Narrattr and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when material changes are made.
